Mikia Booker is a customer success, operations and management professional who oversees iSelect’s customer service and outreach efforts.

Prior to iSelect, she managed Amazon’s largest delivery station in Missouri where she worked cross-functionally with 30 employees in the customer service department. There she developed a new customer service survey that increased customer engagement by 20%+ and utilized email and chat to manage and resolve an average of 40 customer concerns daily. Before that she was a Customer Service Agent at Lumeris-Remote where she managed customer requests, creating a streamlined escalation process that improved transfer metrics and improved customer satisfaction.

Mikia is a 2020 graduate of Jackson State University with a BS in criminal justice.
