iSelect’s Privacy Statement
iSelect’s Commitment to You
Because each investor’s nonpublic personal and financial data are the investor’s private information, iSelect is committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. First, you should be aware that iSelect does not sell investors’ personal information to anyone. Instead, iSelect uses your information primarily to execute transactions you request and to provide information to you, and to your financial advisor, about your investments.
The Information We Collect About You
You provide personal information when you complete a Subscription Agreement to open an account with iSelect. We may also be required to request a credit report to help verify your net worth.
You may also provide information such as name and address if you request information from us, or your financial advisor or other third parties may provide personal information to us if you authorize them to do so.

In addition, iSelect will release information about an investor if the investor directs us to do so, if iSelect is compelled by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances, e.g., to prevent fraud.
