The following privacy policy is provided by iSelect Fund Management, LLC, iSelect Fund – St. Louis, LLC and iSelect Fund B – St. Louis, LLC

iSelect’s Commitment to You

Because each investor’s nonpublic personal and financial data are the investor’s private information, iSelect is committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. First, you should be aware that iSelect does not sell investors’ personal information to anyone. Instead, iSelect uses your information primarily to execute transactions you request and to provide information to you, and to your financial advisor, about your investments.

The Information We Collect About You

You provide personal information when you complete a Subscription Agreement to open an account with iSelect. The information you must provide includes your name, address and Social Security number (or taxpayer identification number). Because you must be an “accredited investor” as defined in Rule 501 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, in order to invest with iSelect, iSelect also must verify that you meet the requirements of the rule. The Subscription Agreement will ask you to provide information about your investment experience, net worth and income along with bank statements or other supporting documentation. We may also be required to request a credit report to help verify your net worth.

You may also provide information such as name and address if you request information from us, or your financial advisor or other third parties may provide personal information to us if you authorize them to do so.

How iSelect Handles Investor Personal Information

Sharing with Third Parties

As indicated above, iSelect does not sell information about investors or their accounts to third parties. Nor does iSelect share information about investors except as needed to complete transactions at an investor’s request. Specifically, in order to complete certain transactions or account changes that you request, or to provide you with information for your taxes, iSelect may need to provide personal information to your financial advisors or other entities who are not affiliated with iSelect. In addition, iSelect will release information about an investor if the investor directs us to do so, if iSelect is compelled by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances, e.g., to prevent fraud.

Sharing within iSelect Affiliated Companies

For everyday business purposes. We share information you provide us within iSelect in order to complete transactions that you request. This includes information necessary to verify your status as an accredited investor, including your credit history.

For marketing purposes. We also share information you provide us within iSelect in order to send you information about iSelect and the companies in its funds or other investment information. We may continue to send you such information even if you are no longer a customer. If you do not wish to receive these materials, simply let us know. Further information appears in “Right to Opt Out” below.

How iSelect Protects On-line Privacy

iSelect’s concern for the privacy of investors extends to those who use iSelect’s website, http://iselectfund.com. iSelect’s website uses secure forms of online communication, including data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, and user names and passwords. These technologies provide a high level of security and privacy when investors access their account information. Investors, however, should be aware of the following:

  • com offers customized features that require iSelect to use “HTTP cookies” and similar data files. In effect, these are tiny pieces of information that iSelect asks an investor’s browser to store. iSelect doesn’t use the information to pull data from an investor’s hard drive, to obtain an investor’s e-mail address, or to view data in cookies or other similar data files created by other websites. iSelect will not share the information in these data files or give others access to it.
    • When an investor visits the iSelect website, iSelect may collect, either directly or through third-party service providers, certain technical and navigational information, such as computer browser type, internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on the iSelect website. This information may be used, for example, to alert the investor to software compatibility issues or to resolve technical or service problems, or it may be analyzed to improve iSelect’s web design and functionality or iSelect’s ability to serve investors and their financial advisors.

How iSelect Safeguards Investors Personal Information

iSelect restricts access to investors’ personal information to those iSelect employees who need to know the information in order to perform their jobs, such as maintaining investors’ accounts. To protect investor’s personal information, iSelect maintains electronic, physical and procedural safeguards in keeping with industry standards and practices.

Right to Opt Out

Except as described above, iSelect does not currently disclose nonpublic personal information of its investors to nonaffiliated third parties, nor do we have any plans to do so. If this policy ever changes, iSelect will notify each investor who will then have the opportunity to opt out of having this information shared. As indicated above, we do share information with affiliates, so that they can send you information about companies in the iSelect Fund or other investment information.

To limit our direct marketing to you, please call 1-800-963-5099. Or, you can also log on to iselectfund.com and choose “Change Privacy Preferences” under the “Account Services” tab. You may also limit our marketing emails by choosing “Unsubscribe,” which appears at the bottom of each email. If you have more than one email address, please be sure to opt out for each address.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

iSelect strongly recommends that investors do not provide their account information, user name or password to anyone. If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to your account, it is your responsibility to contact iSelect immediately.

Updates and Revisions

iSelect reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, but if it is modified, iSelect will promptly notify investors of any updates or revisions.
