Gian Cavallini oversees the development and execution of Advanced ICU Care’s medical staffing growth strategy and leads the implementation of various initiatives to position the company for continued growth. His expertise in development and operations, along with his entrepreneurial and financial background, have helped maximize growth opportunities and further position Advanced ICU Care as a leader in critical care
Prior to his position at Advanced ICU Care, Mr. Cavallini served as president and owner of Foot Healers Holdings, a leading multi-office podiatry practice management company, where he oversaw corporate strategy, finance, and expansion initiatives. He was also an executive for healthcare investment banking and private equity for A.G. Edwards and Sons, Inc., where his clients included medical device, biotech, and healthcare service companies.
Cavallini received his masters of business administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a bachelors of science degree in finance from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University. He holds board affiliations at several private companies and is a member of the finance committee at the Center of Creative Arts (COCA).
